2020 Media Credentials Application

  • To apply for media credentials to cover any of our events, please complete the form below in its entirety.
  • Only one form needs to be submitted per media outlet, but the number of individuals requesting passes must be included in the “Individual Media Pass” section in order to receive multiple media passes. Each media outlet is limited to eight (8) individuals.
  • Each media pass grants access to the following events: Battle of Flowers® Parade, Oratorical Contest, Band Festival.
  • Submitting the media credentials application does not guarantee a media pass. The number of media passes we provide are limited to each year’s events, and are available on a first come, first serve basis. You will be notified on the status of your eligibility shortly after submitting your application.
  • For media credentials to cover our events, please contact the Battle of Flowers® Publicist, John Bloodsworth, by email two weeks prior to the event.
